Complete this form to sign up as a vendor.

The following rules apply to all vendors participating at the Market:

Vendors do not pack up until after the market closes
Pets and smoking are not permitted in Market area
All canopies must have weights
Food vendors must have all necessary food handling permits from BC Interior Health
I authorize the Jaffray-Baynes Lake Farmers' Market to post pictures of me and/or my vendor stall periodically on their Social Media Accounts.
